In a USA Today poll, only 28 percent of Americans have trust in the Muller investigation, believing that the results will be fair and accurate. This is the lowest number to date, down 5 points since December.

In contrast, 52 percent expressed that they have little to no trust in the president’s denials, claiming his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia in the 2016 General election.

One year ago, 57 percent had little or no trust in his denials; therefore, Trump has additionally gained the trust of approximately 5 percent of Americans.
