The Steal Is Real

As claims of voter fraud rise, the establishment media continues to ignore the legitimate and severe cases that have been brought forward. The same media that spent three years talking about how Russia skewed our election results is now saying there’s no way the election results could be skewed. Currently, there are about a dozen lawsuits filed in key states that aided Biden’s reach to 270 electoral votes. Most are filed in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan, but the lawsuits hardly tell the whole story.

CASES OF FRAUD CONTINUE TO PILE UP

Georgia’s Secretary of State announced last Wednesday that election officials would be conducting a full manual recount, audit, and recanvas statewide as Biden only led in Georgia by 12,000 votes. However, Project Veritas has uncovered evidence that suggests the two-person audit system in Fulton County, GA is not airtight. It is also one of the five counties in Georgia with a suspiciously high ratio of new voters who voted for Joe Biden compared to Donald Trump.

One of the other suspicious counties is Dekalb County. On Tuesday night, the Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Schafer emailed an affidavit from the election monitor to the Secretary of State’s general counsel requesting an investigation over a 9,626 vote error in the county during the recount. One batch of ballots was labeled as having 10,707 votes for Biden and 13 for Trump. A monitor caught the massive discrepancy and found that the actual count was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump. Seeing as portions of eastern Atlanta extend into Dekalb County, it makes sense for Biden to be ahead, but the error was caught purely because of the unusual discrepancy between the candidates. Unfortunately, seeing cracks like this in the system can throw the entire audit and recount into question.

Shafer had also reported on the Fulton County election officials telling the media and observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center at the State Farm arena at 10:30pm only to continue counting ballots in secret at 1:00 am.

In Floyd County, GA – a GOP stronghold – election workers simply “forgot” to upload roughly 2,600 votes from a memory card into the ballot-scanning machine. Shafer has said this does not appear to be a widespread issue.

In Nevada, the Republican Party sent a criminal referral to AG William Barr alleging at least 3,602 cases of voter fraud. They expect that number to rise. The Nevada GOP is working to identify individuals who have violated the law by casting ballots after moving out of the state. Meanwhile, in Clark County, NV the city commissioners have declined to certify the election results for a county commission race. While this decision does not directly affect the presidential election, the candidates were all listed on the same ballot as the presidential nominees. The margin of victory in the city council race was only 10 votes, so Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria told commissioners, “We have found discrepancies that we can’t explain that would cast a doubt on whether or not that margin of victory is solid.” Even though Trump is currently down in Nevada by 33,596 votes, those “discrepancies [they] can’t explain” should be made public. A refusal to do so draws into question their previous claim that the presidential election was unaffected.

One of the most contested states is Pennsylvania and with good reason. Currently, the Trump legal team is working to disqualify roughly 700,000 ballots in a few counties, including Allegheny County. The claim is that officials did not follow the proper procedure in the vote-counting process. Trump’s legal adviser Jenna Ellis stated, “We have to deal with 700,000 ballots that are now illegal because of what the election officials have done in Pennsylvania.” The standing legal claim is that Democrat voters were treated more favorably than Republican voters when it came to fixing mail-in ballots that were going to be disqualified for a technicality.

In September, Justice Baer of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court went in favor of state Democrats, ruling that ballots with no postmark or other proof-of-mailing received within three days of the election would be valid. Three weeks after that ruling, the Trump campaign pointed out the different standards between mail-in voting and in-person voting, further emboldening the claim that mail-in voting is significantly less secure. Not only were votes counted even if a signature on a mail-in ballot didn’t match the printed name, but those monitoring the counting of mail-in ballots were denied the ability to sufficiently monitor. It’s worth noting that in 2018 the Chairwoman of Philadelphia City Commissioners overseeing the 2020 Election lost her Pennsylvania Notary License because she approved signatures on legal documents without asking for identification.

Pennsylvania currently favors Biden by over 82,000 votes, but with 700,000 ballots in deep blue Allegheny County being disputed, the result is anything but final. As a cherry on top, the rate of rejected mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania is almost 30 times lower in 2020 than it was in 2016. This helps Democrats by adding an estimated 25,000 votes to the pool of mail-in ballots.

In early October, the State of Pennsylvania and three Pennsylvania counties admitted that they reported incorrect information to a federal agency regarding the removal of ineligible voters from their voter rolls. Two weeks later, Judicial Watch published a study that found 353 counties in 29 states with voter registration rates exceeding 100 percent. This is something that happens when a state does not clean out their voter rolls.

Another state desperately in need of clean voter rolls is Michigan. Austin Fletcher found thousands of deceased people who voted in the 2020 election in Wayne County, although it is unclear how many of those were actually counted. This is the same county with a fairly consistent voter turnout rate of 10-20 percent in Detroit, but upwards of 70-80 percent in the deep red surrounding areas. In Detroit, there are numerous precincts listed as having zero registered voters, but they cataloged roughly 173,000 votes. With zero registered voters, there is no way to actually audit the votes when they are being chalked up as absentee ballots. This pairs with a suspicious wave of 150,000 ballots in Michigan’s count at 4:30 am on November 4th that went 97 percent for Biden. On top of this, only 17 percent of the votes in Wayne County come from the City of Detroit, so coupling that with historic black and Latino turnout for Trump, it makes Biden’s current lead of 146,000 votes in Michigan appear highly contested.

The Wayne County Board of Canvassers rushed to certify the results of the November 3rd election after initially deadlocking 2-2. The original issue was that “70 percent of Detroit’s 134 absentee counting boards were found to be out of balance without explanation”, and in August canvassers found that “72 percent of Detroit’s absentee voting precincts didn’t match the number of ballots cast.” In a dramatic turnaround, the board voted to approve the election results soon after. The election board Republicans then rescinded their votes after coming forward about being threatened into certifying the results.

On election night, many states beyond Georgia, Nevada, Michigan, and Pennsylvania stopped counting votes and said they would resume at a later time, which is a telltale sign of voter fraud according to an ex-Hillary Clinton adviser. This claim is especially serious when Donald Trump had considerable leads in nearly every state, but when vote-counting restarted, there were wild spikes for Joe Biden that helped him to pull ahead, some of which have been discussed above.

THE MACHINES ARE MADE TO HACK ELECTIONS

Many individual cases of fraud are seemingly belittled by issues surrounding the voting system itself. The history of Dominion and Smartmatic is anything but benign. According to Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, the fraud-prone system was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez before being shipped internationally to create votes for purchase.

These claims have their root in three young Venezuelan engineers who founded the company Smartmatic back in April 2000. Beginning in 2004, the Venezuelan government invested more than $200,000 USD into a company called Bitza, which happened to have the same owners as Smartmatic. There were three companies that would work together to build the voting system used in the August 2004 referendum, and they were Smartmatic, Bitza, and the Venezuelan phone company CANTV.

Following Chavez’s win in the referendum, Smartmatic went on to win two more contracts with the Chavez regime. Due to the influx of capital, Smartmatic was able to buy a much larger and more well-established voting company, Sequoia Voting Systems, in March of 2005.

By 2006, Sequoia Voting Systems had voting equipment installed in 17 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. In August 2007, then-California Secretary of State Debra Bowen vetoed Sequoia’s voting and scanning machines after “a review of the machines certified for use in California in 2007 found significant security weaknesses in the entire Sequoia system.” It wasn’t until November 2007 that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ordered Smartmatic to sell Sequoia because Smartmatic was still connected to the Venezuelan government. An issue arose when the buyers of Sequoia Voting Systems were Smartmatic’s own managers with US citizenship. After an aggressive push by a market competitor to acquire Sequoia in 2008, court documents exposed the fact that Smartmatic still retained a large majority of financial control over Sequoia, and once again Smartmatic was forced to relinquish control of Sequoia. In 2010, the company was sold to a Canadian-based company called Dominion Voting Systems that manufactures voting equipment. In addition to the company Sequoia, Dominion also acquired patented software and technological developments that Sequoia owned at the time. However, Smartmatic managed to retain the vast majority of intellectual property rights because much of it was not actually owned by Sequoia. Dominion faced backlash over this confusion following a misleading press release that had people believing Dominion had acquired Smartmatic’s intellectual property.

In the same relative time frame, Dominion acquired another company by the name of Premier Election Solutions, also known as Diebold/Premier. At this point, Dominion controlled about 50 percent of the electronic voting machine market in the U.S. The last two big competitors were ES&S and Hart InterCivic. Premier Election Solutions was a wholly-owned subsidiary of ES&S, meaning Dominion acquired – among other things – intellectual property, software, firmware, and hardware from ES&S.

Although ES&S was initially forced to sell Premier Election Solutions over monopoly concerns, the U.S. DOJ and nine other state and federal attorney generals approved the purchase by Dominion. At the time, Premier’s voting systems were in use in 1,400 jurisdictions in 33 states and served nearly 28 million voters.

A 2017 Huffington Post investigation detailed how “the IP [intellectual property] for the vast-majority/near-entirety of Sequoia’s voting systems was actually secretly owned by the Hugo Chavez-tied, Venezuelan-based firm, Smartmatic.”

Despite a litany of concerns that have been echoed over the years, Dominion Voting Systems has control of 88 percent of the US voting machine market

Perhaps the most well-known recent Dominion issue sprouted up in Antrim County, MI when a hand recount found Dominion had flipped 6,000 votes for Biden that were meant for Trump. This voting system was used in 30 other states, including all of the currently-contested states.

In 2015, an ex-CIA whistleblower by the name of Dennis Montgomery gave sworn testimony to the FBI and DOJ regarding the capability to hack into election systems from Dominion, Smartmatic, and others. Montgomery designed and built the HAMMER system, as well as its exploit known as SCORECARD. HAMMER was originally used to keep tabs on international terrorists, but James Comey and John Brennan redesigned it to target American citizens. SCORECARD was a vote manipulation application that tampers with the computers at the vote transfer points. A former Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the US Air Force has claimed we are seeing about 3 percent of votes being altered so that there is not too much attention drawn to the fraud, but 3 percent is very substantial in battleground states.

Dennis Montgomery has also stated that the use of HAMMER and SCORECARD affected the outcome of the 2020 Democrat Primary, the outcome of Florida in the 2012 election, and every key state in the 2020 presidential election.

In terms of political connections that Dominion currently has, Sidney Powell has stated that Trump’s legal team is gathering names of governors and secretaries of state who have a financial and/or political interest in Dominion. Powell told FOX’s Maria Bartiromo that they have evidence of $100 million packages for new voting machines suddenly appearing in multiple states, along with both monetary and political benefits for state officials who bought the software.

Bloomberg reported last year that Dominion Voting Systems has hired a lobbying firm that includes a long-time associate of Nancy Pelosi. In 2014, Dominion also contributed $25,001-$50,000 to the Clinton Foundation, raising concerns about Dominion’s system being in use during the 2016 election.

To add to the suspicions, the Mayor of Lathrup Village, MI worked at Dominion as a project manager from 2017 to 2019 before entering the world of politics as the Deputy Director of Michigan’s Democratic Party, and then soon after entering the mayoral race.

So far, the Trump legal team has acquired sworn affidavits regarding fraud with the voting systems, going so far as to say they have evidence from a high-ranking military officer that the Smartmatic system is designed in a way that each vote could be changed without being detected. The whistleblower claimed that they sat in a ‘control room’ with a live feed of the results so they could determine if the vote data was in their favor or not. Through Smartmatic software, the votes could be moved from one candidate to another in real-time. Halting the reporting of votes is a sneaky tactic that allows the votes to be moved around without direct oversight.

There is currently a Trump lawsuit in Michigan specifically designed to go after the Dominion systems, as the previously-discussed anomalies that appeared in Wayne County and Antrim County were to the detriment of Trump. Trump campaign general counsel Matt Morgan has said, “We want to make sure that no vote tally includes fraudulently or unlawfully cast ballots, ballots tabulated by the Dominion tabulating software until that software is validated, and that any ballots received after election day both potentially post-dated or predated, need to be reviewed before that time.” Morgan has said that the campaign is also requesting to be able to personally test the accuracy of tabulating equipment or software used in Michigan. The lawsuit goes on to say how Wayne County officials refused to test all of their machines with a representative of the Trump campaign physically present. There was also an issue of Trump campaign vote challengers being barred from watching the counting process.

In terms of DNA-level evidence of voter fraud from Smartmatic machines, there are numerous instances of entire bundles of votes being injected into the system entirely for Biden late on election night, and in the days that followed. These added votes helped Biden to overtake Trump’s lead in both Pennsylvania and Georgia.

UNANSWERED ANOMALIES

Amidst all of the claims of election fraud and desperate – often hollow – refutations, there is still no explanation for a break from natural law. When analyzing large sets of organically-generated numbers, there is a pattern that they follow. The leading number is 1 about 30 percent of the time, 2 about 17 percent of the time, 3 about 12 percent of the time, etc. The end result should be a smooth logarithmic trend downwards from 1 to 9. This can be repeated for 2nd leading digits as well. Historically, when looking at vote counts in precincts across the nation, they all tend to follow this distribution. During the 2020 presidential election, there were numerous times that Biden’s vote count broke Benford’s Law in all of the key states. To put it simply, there is no explanation for Biden’s vote totals in many states except to say they are fraudulent. Benford’s Law has also been admissible evidence in criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.

Another statistical anomaly can be found when looking into single-candidate voters. During any presidential election, the consistent percentage of ballots only filled out for the presidential race is 3 percent. This means that 3 percent of voters do not mark a candidate for any other political office than the president. In the 2020 election, 18 percent of ballots cast were only for the presidential race. So while single-candidate ballots increased by six times their usual rate, there was only a 25 percent increase in voter turnout.

At this point in time, it is difficult to find integrity in an election system that has every instance of voter fraud going in favor of Joe Biden. However, given the polling prior to the election, Democrats could not risk a repeat of the 2016 upset. Their backs were against the wall, so they had to use the nuclear option which screwed the optics. The media has also been ramping up their attacks against anyone questioning election irregularities, and their absolute dismissal of legitimate claims of voter fraud is only further dividing Americans. It would be daft to assume the media simply has a short attention span when they report on the hackability of Dominion voting software in years past only to turn around and claim there are no legitimate cases of election fraud. As Sidney Powell has said, this is a ‘New American Revolution’.

“Every war in the past 50 years is a result of media lies.”
